Can you imagine how ashamed and sad you are if in the middle of the cold rainy night, you try to take advantage of your remote control (from a what-the-so-called innovative technology impact from a very well-known car manufacturer) and then knowing the button doesn't do anything to open the door for yourself and your newly-get girlfriend with their parents??? It took me ages and praying and trying keep pressing the button, "Please open the door, please... only this time, please...??" It takes sometime usually (about half an hour for my prayer to be heard) for the remote to work properly again, yet still, the trunk lid won't open. What's worse is that everytime you take it back to your dealer, they fixed it but as soon as you regain confidence in your Mercedes again, it lets you down later??? They wouldn't admit that it's the manufacturer's defect, but trust me, IT IS!!! They won't admit it, cos it would led to self defamation and that means: I get a new car from them... as simple as that.
