Mercedes Laguna Niguel Service refused to repair on initial notice (under warranty) of front driver seat belt not working properly, stating repair was not done because the issue could not be reproduced. Driver seat belt is in permanently locked position, no longer able to utilize at all. Looking back it's apparent Mercedes knows they have a recall item and do not want to accept responsibility. How can a MB dealership service department deny a safety repair like a driver's seat belt when car is under warranty? A SERIOUS ethical issue!
