The dealer (fletcher jones imports, 7300 w sahara ave, las vegas, nv) was contacted and confirmed that the parts were not available for the recall remedy due to being on backorder for the next year and a half. The contact was also informed that the manufacturer overexaggerated the recall and the vehicle was safe to drive. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and was not able to confirm when the parts were to become available. The failure mileage was 25,000. Parts distribution disconnect.
