Was driving one fine day on the highway and suddenly my sunroof shattered. No external impact was heard or seen in the dashcam footage... The weather was sunny clear day, road condition was clear and a smooth road.
Was left stranded on the roadside, and Mercedes Roadside assist first hung up on me then refuse in assist to tow the car, states that glass are not covered.
3 weeks after the incident and numerous call to Mercedes Benz Australia, to no avail and no update... every time I called I get a different person, spend explaining the issues and then given a different reference number.
Called yesterday 07/03 and been told case was closed (no one from Mercedes called at all) and they will reopen and escalate the case to a complaint manager.
Never once a single call from Mercedes Benz at all....
