Car suddenly without warning skidded to an emergency stop where car had triggered the brakes itself. It felt like a tyre blowout, warning lights came up of ESP/BAS and a warning triangle on dash. Then after a few seconds, was able to drive on as normal. Having car trailered to main dealer shortly for diagnosis as the dash shows 'no malfunctions'. Very frightening a miracle no one was behind else a serious major accident.
