  • 120,000 miles
Sunroof recall - the panel has become loose and the covering needed to be removed for safety (falling). I called my local Mercedes dealer for the recall replacement and they said they do not have the parts. I asked can they call me when they come in and they said they cannot because they don't know if they will ever come in. They offered no solution.
