System does not respond to commands. System is unable to compute/calculate the address or detect it within the US. It provides areas out of the continental US. Vehicle was taken to service department on two separate occasions without being corrected.

My 2017 Mercedes E300 was delivered from Germany with the understanding by the dealer and SiriusXM that live traffic would be provided by SiriusXM. For more than 8 months dealer personnel, SiriusXM, Mercedes Mbrace and Mercedes me care team attempted to connect the system. However, they were never able to connect live traffic to my vehicle.
I started to research the issue my self and made the following under SiriusXM Automotive Dealer Porter, paragraph 4 reads as follows (SiriusXM Traffic and weather service not available on MY17 E class. this was confirmed SiriusXM management. I was unable to locate any dealership that was aware of this fact.
Although all proper screens are checked no live announcements are made. No one can reach Mercedes corporate office and no one has been able to resolve the issue. I have no desire to bash Mercedes or my car, but I am desperate to resolve this issue. Checking the map for answers while driving is very hazardous.
