Consumer states the brake and accelerator are designed too close together, while attempting to stop vehicle, consumer also pressed down on the accelerator which caused the vehicle to lunge foward and consumer crashed into a building, the dealer checked the vehicle and stated the pedal positions and travel were within specifications.(Mercedes E320 2001)
