This car was driven very carefully by my wife as the second owner. It had been parked indoors and serviced at MB.
Only reason why the exhaust could be full with 6 liters of water was if someone deliberately pushed it in. Beats me how though, since both the tail pipes actually face downwards! The water got in there and disabled the car to the extent that the O2 sensors and via them, the electronics, control-unit and a host of other sensors were damaged.
The bill was over $15,000! It was a major and complete write-off..
