On October 10 of this year, the first day I purchased Mercedes Benz E300 Bluetec Hybrid AMG Dynamic Chassis No. WDD2120986L0444037 from dealer name - Benz Rajchakru Co., Ltd. Address 1195 Phahoyothin Rd., Samsennai, Phayathai, Bangkok 10400 THAILAND with cash payment THB 4.16 million, and finally realize a long dream come true.
I drove this automobile out from the showroom at 12:19 hrs and tested by droving out of town around 107 kilometers, badly and suddenly the computer shown on the dashboard signed ABS, ESP brake lights on and also it shown Inoperative, See Owner's Manual, suddenly made me be frightened cause of the brake not properly stopping and almost crash the other car. I called the showroom the service supervisor suggested to bring the automobile back for checking, I told him to wait for me, not to close the showroom. I reached at 16:59 and he checked with the computer and reset it within 1 hour and I told that ensure it saved as I have to drive out the town again on the weekend.
During from that till the 1st of November I thought that it really fixed the problem but it happened again on this dated, then I called the service supervisor, he suggested to drive in the showroom for checking it. After that, week ago, I called to check the status he said had discussed with Mercedes Benz Thailand technician, both had to order for changing the new part. I was very unsatisfied and upset why this has happened as it was a new car. I asked and begged for changing the new car replacement but the answer 'CANNOT' since the first day, and wondered this is Mercedes Benz? and treated customer (especially me or why me) very unfairly. If I injured and death, how or who will be cared?
From that day till now,20th November, almost a month, I hadn't known when the car can be fixed and really not happen again and no one responsible to replace the new car? I called the Mercedes Benz Thailand customer relationship, cannot be given me a good answer and also the showroom manager as well.
