The contact owns a 2013 Mercedes Benz E350. While driving approximately 50 mph, the tires on the vehicle became inoperable and the tire pressure warning light illuminated, which indicated that there was 20 lbs of pressure intermittently dropping to 0. the failure recurred on one other occasion. The vehicle was taken to a dealer. The technician diagnosed that all four tires needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 32,500. The VIN was not available.
