E350 4matic 3.5L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 62,000 miles

Tire shop told me one of my rims was cracked when I was getting new tires.

They told me to take it to a local wheel repair shop, since it was way cheaper than a new wheel.

E350 E350 3.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 19,000 miles

I'm currently driving a 2104 E350 4Matic with about 20,000miles on it, the front passenger wheel cracked from the inside. Dealer has indicated that warranty doesn't cover wheels. Upon further research it seems that the wheels cracking on the Mercedes is a KNOWN issue and a class action law suite has been filed in NY for the same. After contacting customer service, I was told the wheels are not covered and they will not cover the repairs. They would not give me an escalation line or anyone that's willing to look into this issue to determine the cause of the problem and take care of.
