Purchased the car from Dealer in December 2019. A couple of months later I could not lift up the seat backrest. There is no release button or eclectic control. I just need it to be lifted upright. I have not been able to do that. Took to the MB Dealership in Pompano and they could not help. To the contrary, the technician slammed the whole seat down, and since then it has become worse, in the sense the electric control does not fold the seat. Offered to troubleshoot at $200. Any school of thought with this issue?
