second row and rear electric seats failure second row and rear electric seats failure

Pristine Mercedes GL450. 1 owner 88000 miles with no accident history, purchased in December 2, 2019 from Treasure Coast Jaguar. No records of MB Maintenance. Everything worked until February 15th 2020. First problem showed up - Second Row seat behind drivers side unable to lift backrest. Electric Folding feature worked to fold seat for easy access. The backrest locked in and unable to lift up. Occasionally electric function or manual function to lift the whole seat failed.

Took to Mercedes Benz of Palm Beach but they were unable to lift the backrest. Took to Mercedes Benz Pompano. Mechanics were baffled and were not able to move the backrest. Electric function to lift the seat completely worked. Service Consultant said I have to pay $198.00 for the first hour to assess repair estimate. Deferred the matter to next visit. Came home yesterday now unable to lift the Second Row Seat manually. Tried to open the left rear seat from the back door position. Goes through the motion but does not lift the seat. Tried from the Rear Cargo Door and it worked. Does not work from the front door. Frustrated with my purchase of this White Elephant. Anyone with similar problems, please advise.
