The contact then realized that water had been leaking in the vehicle between the windshield and a crack that had formed on the sun roof. The contact took the vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of houston greenway (3900 southwest fwy, houston, tx 77027) where she was informed that an object had made impact with the sun roof causing the failure.
