I bought GLC3004MATIC at the end of 2016, I got surprised when I have been requested to replace the tires after 18 months with just 15K miles. Since 15K, I have been suggested/requested to change the tires, after that I am able to manage up to 19K, experiencing horrible noises and grabbing when turning sharply. I got amazing response from when i reached out MB Customer support - Tyre is wear and tear so no warranty. I understand that this doesn't come under warranty but why does MB is saying that their tire average life is 50K. There could be + or - 10 is possible in terms of variance which means 40K and 60K, but not 15K and 85K. Is this the standard of MB? I bought MB with the passion that i built from my childhood and now i really feel shameful. I suggest not to buy for this. Any one can deliver the product with + or - 65% variance on the the commitment, infact I didnt see these kind of standard in non premier cars. So why do we need to spend huge money on this.
