In July, 2021, I purchased a 2019 Mercedes GLC-300 4Matic with 28,000 miles. It is my first Mercedes and this will definitely be my last! The vehicle has had several problems. (1) Had to replace the battery already. The dealer said that this was not unsual?? The batteries should last much longer but they don't because there's too much technology in this vehicle. (2) Periodically a loud beep occurs at the same time a red triangle flashes on my dash for a brief second. This has happened at least 15 times in the 2 years that I've owned this vehicle. Dealer has no idea what causes this. (3) My front left speaker wasn't working pretty much the whole time. Took it to the dealer twice before and they couldn't seem to find the problem. This week I took it to the dealer for the 3rd time and they finally found the issue and replaced the speaker. (4) The suspension is tight and you can feel every bump and dip on the road. The info-entertainment system is not intuitive. It puts the driver in unsafe situations. For example, it requires you to take your eyes off the road to change the radio station to the next preset channel. Instead, the German engineers should have placed a button on the steering wheel to control the radio station selections like other cars have. I'm now looking to replace it!
