The radio is a problem, not major but again, why such low quality?

They did a software update that took almost 2 hours and now the HD stations are mostly off.

The dealer did not even check to see if the update was an improvement. I immediately returned to the dealer but my service rep left for lunch, so I left him a note. No word from him. Terrific.
