The brakes on my Mercedes 2020 GLE 350 Failed 3 times in one day while getting it home. Mercedes has had my car for over a month and they won't tell me what's going on. I had TOTAL brake failure. Mercedes came and towed my car away, said you can't drive it. OK! So I call Mercedes and they refuse to tell me anything. I have 3 different case numbers and each time I call I'm told someone will be in touch in 24 to 48 hours and no one ever calls. I called the Mercedes dealer the car was towed to, and they say no one from Mercedes has contacted them. I see on my Mercedes ME app that the battery has died.

It's as if they have stolen my car.

Is Mercedes hiding a new brake problem with 2020 GLE 350's??? Why are they doing this? Do I need to get a lawyer?

I could have been killed and my wife and my mother.

This was a new 2020 GLE 350 7 passenger I bought in 2021. Before the brake failure, I got avoid errors, camera errors, satellite errors and the dealer said it was nothing.

If you have a 2020 GLE 350 beware of your brakes. If a wall did not stop me, people could have been killed. The emergency stop did not work, the brakes failed and there was no warning. Something is VERY wrong and Mercedes keeps saying someone will call and no one does.

The car has 10,000 miles on it. How can the brakes have a TOTAL fail?
