Second time in one year this occurred. One of two major complaints, MBenz 24 hour road side assistance is a joke. It first took 3 hours for the tow truck to show up, and second at the 2.5 hour wait, so I cancelled them and called AAA. Next the dealer in Alpharetta GA didn't have a courtesy car for the 5 days they had it, and had to send info to Germany on how to fix it. It's a true lemon and this has happened a lot. I will sell once the new car market cools off some more, and I'm going back to Lexus.
