The contact owns a 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE350 equipped with Bridgestone Tires, Tire Line: Alenza Run-Flat, Tire Size: 275/50/R20, DOT Number: [XXX]. The contact stated that within the first 6 months of purchasing the vehicle, the tire tread was extremely low. The vehicle was taken in for routine maintenance and the contact was informed that the vehicle needed new tires. The tires were replaced, however, the failure recurred 3 months later, and three tires were replaced. The failure recurred several times and 12 tires were replaced within less than 2 years. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was stated that there was no known failure found. The contact stated that the tread was worn from the inside of the tire on the rear tires. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case opened a case. The failure mileage was approximately 11,473. The contact owns a 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE350. The vehicle was originally equipped with Cooper Tires, Tire Line: Discoverer SRX LE, Tire Size: 275/50/R20, DOT Number: U93U1YB2521. The contact stated while driving approximately 35 MPH, the tires started making a humming noise all around the vehicle. The contact stated that he noticed the noise after the tires were rotated. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local tire dealer who diagnosed and determined that the tires had unusual wear on the tread. The dealer recommended replacement of all four tires. The contact stated that the tires were original equipment. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 6,000.
