GLK350

It is less than a year since I purchased the vehicle and the window on the driver's side makes a loud noise when putting down the window. I took it to the dealer for other issues as well as the window and I got back the car the same way. The window is making the loud noise. When I returned the vehicle after two weeks for the same problem as I pulled in and put the window down to talk to the gentleman at the desk, the window made the loud noise, he looked at me and I told him if he heard it and he said yes. After talking to the service person, they told me that they were not hearing any noise. They need to fix the problems instead saying there is no problem.

After spending over $40,000 dollars on an expensive car, one would think it would be worth it. All I want ate the problems fixed.
