The contact owns a 2013 Mercedes-Benz ML350. The contact stated that the front driver's seat headrest failed to go down and remained stuck in the up position. The contact stated that his wife was 5'5" and would not be protected in the event of a crash. The vehicle was taken to Mercedes-Benz of paramus (755 NJ-17, paramis, NJ 07652, (201) 977-6365), but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified and did not assist. The approximate failure mileage was 67,000.
