Got one key with the car but it didn't work the remote unlock, alarm, or anything. Had to just use the physical key. I took it to a mechanic to try to fix it and he lost the key which is a switch key integrated FOB. Mercedes decided to not support this FOB anymore and provided no alternate solution. All I could get from Mercedes was one physical key only. Now if I lose this one I will have to go back to the dealership to get another one. Not happy with support from a "premium" car manufacturer.
