The contact owns a 2006 Mercedes-Benz ML500. While driving 20 mph, a grinding noise was detected from the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to Mercedes-Benz of stevens creek (4500 stevens creek blvd, san jose, ca 95129, (408) 641-4610) where the contact was informed that the rear differential needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 130,000.
