Very disappointed whit the service at these location , I purchased my car 2 years ago and I find out that was a car whit a defective roof. My car still in warranty but apparently it's not cover the defective roof???? The service person keep my car 1 week and nothing being solved I actually have to call many times to find out what's going on with my car and actually went over and drive my car with the service person to demonstrate that the car makes a noise when I drive and after that he agreed with me but bad news for me they cant fix it ......... Thank you Mercedes for selling me a defective car ....Be aware of these car dealers, what a scam.
