Grand Marquis LX V8

I have had three window motors fail in the last five years. Usually if the motor spins but the window does not move the motor is bad. Three plastic pieces that fit around the motor gear disintegrate due to age I guess. NAPA sells the replacements for about $10.00.I believe lincolinsonline shows the procedure.
