The right front tire experienced a blowout while driving on a 2 lane back road at 30 mph. Also, the jack broke in half when vehicle was being jacked up to remove the blowout tire. This caused the vehicle to crash down and almost sever the consumer's leg. Manufacturer was notified, and requested that the consumer send the jack to there corporate office.

The vehicles jacking instructions were incorrect and if followed could cause injury to the operator, the recall package 00V-200 was incomplete, instead of receiving a jack warning label consumer received two jack instruction labels. Nlm
