The right front tire experienced a blowout while driving on a 2 lane back road at 30 mph. Also, the jack broke in half when vehicle was being jacked up to remove the blowout tire. This caused the vehicle to crash down and almost sever the consumer's leg. Manufacturer was notified, and requested that the consumer send the jack to there corporate office.

Entire right side of tire failed and blew apart, separating from the edge of the tire which binds to the rim. No evidence of a punture in the tread portion of the tire. Inside of tire had delaminated in several places. (tiresize: P22560sr16)
