While driving, and coming to a stop (braking) the vehicle surged forward. The consumer has taken the vehicle into the dealer. The dealer stated the vehicle was performing the way it should. Also, please provide the vehicle identification number. The consumer stated had a 2001 Grand Marquis that did the same thing numerous times. After investigating consumer had cruise control disabled. No further problem.
