The contact owns a 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis. The contact was driving 70 mph when the contact reached for the sun visor and the mirror that was attached to the sun visor fell in her lap. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the driver side sun visor mirror was repaired. The passenger side mirror detached from the passenger side sun visor six weeks after the repairs to the passenger side sun visor. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 55000. Updated 06/05/12 the consumer stated it was third occurrence. Updated 06/06/2012
