The contact owns a 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis. He stated that he hit a deer in December of 2009 and the air bags did not deploy. He drove the vehicle to the dealer and the dealer said they would order a new air bag for him. The dealer stated that the part is on back order. The contact stated it had been 5 months since the dealer ordered the part. The failure mileage was 10,000. The current mileage was 15,000.
