The contact owns a 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis with Goodyear windshield wiper blades (na), model number: 765-22. The contact stated that the wiper blades were defective and would not remain attached to the frame while driving. The wiper blade set was replaced with a different manufacturer. The current and failure mileage was not avaialble. The VIN was not available.
