The contact owns a 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis ls. The contact stated that whenever it would rain, water would enter the vehicle through the rear driver side door. The door was secured but there was a small accumulation of water in the rear floorboard area. In addition, all four doors were improperly positioned during installation and did not tightly close. The failure was not diagnosed. The contact was in the process of notifying the dealer of the failure. The failure mileage was 4,000.
