Mariner Premier 3.0L V6

A couple of spots appeared on the hood that would not rub out and just got bigger. Within 2 months one spot bubbled up and the clearcoat peeled off. Now I have another spot that is doing the same. Not very good for

an '05 SUV. Repainting is the only cure.
