As with complainant #9 Several months ago the car lost forward motion but the engine was still running. After coasting to the edge of the road and turning off the car and waiting a couple of minutes restarted the car, put it in gear and it did fine. Yesterday (May 23,2014) this happened twice and the last time the engine light came on. I took the car this morning and got the code checked. The code was 2111 TAC. The fluid level was find but I was going to have it changed but the business could not do it today. He also said that he didn't think that the transmission was the problem but didn't know what it was that I would have to take it to the Ford Dealer for a high dollar guess.

Car has been on a lift since December 17th 2013 was promised a new transmission Jan. 17th then Feb 17th now March 17th I have called Ford many times have a case number have asked where the part is being manufactured they dont know or will not tell me, I asked where I am on the ship list they dont know or will not tell me. Dealer has been wonderful they have given me a loaner - fine but I want my car back repaired 3.5 months to wait for a part I find in totally unacceptable. Help This all happened while driving all of a sudden the car rebbed up all kinds of rmps then just would not move thank god I was not on an expressway.
