We took to our local Ford Dealer and they could not find the problem, but we kept having issues with the SUV jerking when accelerating. We took back to the dealer and they drained the transmission and said there were metal filings in the oil. When asked if that was a problem we got two different answers, on being "it could be" the other "we see it a lot, no problem". Two days later the transmission gave out and would only go a short distance to another auto care specialist who replaced the transmission.
