The contact owns a 2008 Mercury Milan. The contact stated that the dashboard was cracked starting on the passenger's side and over to the drivers side. The contact mentioned that the passenger's side air bag was located where the cracks was, which was a safety concern. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was advised that the entire dashboard needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired.
