I applied my brakes to make a turn on an uneven street and next thing you know I have soft brakes and have to pump my breaks 2 or 3 times to stop. This has been an ongoing problem 2016. How many more complaints are needed before there is a recall on the hcu unit that every one keeps mentioning also...when will the passenger air bags come in for repairs

Takata recall on Ford Mercury Milan. In February 2017 and again May 2017 Ford Motor Company would not tell me when my car will be repaired. Freedom Ford in tazewell, va said the takata recall was a notice and not a recall. They will not furnish a vehicle until our car is repaired and this is our only car and we have two young children. The recall says "injury or death could result" it is impossible for everyone to ride in the back seat. I am worried sick for our safety. Ford Motor Company should be ashamed.

This is a very dangerous situation and causing undue mental anguish to our family while driving this vehicle. We have not traveled far in this vehicle due to this dangerous condition. It is like driving an ied!!!! why can't the Ford Motor Company get this corrected? please help in any way you can to move this process to a safe resolution. We have low miles on this vehicle and would like to have the airbags corrected so we can still utilize our vehicle to its fullest potential.
