The contact owns a 2009 Mercury Milan. The contact stated that there were no failures with the oem tires until after they were changed. The vehicle was taken to spitzer Ford (3737 state rd, cuyahoga falls, oh 44223, (330) 325-4195) and they stated that they could not provide a permanent remedy, but would resurface the aluminum around the tires, which was the cause of the failure. The failure was not corrected after taking the vehicle to the dealer several times. The contact was uncertain if the air pressure may go completely low to flat without warning. The manufacturer was notified. The approximate failure mileage was 57,000.
