Monterey 4.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 67,000 miles

The transmission failed while in drive. Did not give a warning such as slippage or a hard gear change nothing just stopped suddenly and would not go in gear. Shaft broke I think. Dealer said must be completely replaced. Trans fluid level was ok.
