Local news media reported problems with this tire. I've been unable to reach Firestone dist. Hdqts and was put on hold twice with NHTSA with no answer. Local tire dealer didn't satisfy question about inspection. Worried about problems in the future. No mentioned safety defect, wants. Wants information concerning tire separation.( dot number: Tire size: 16 )
