Mountaineer Premier 4.0L V6

With the a/c on driver's side has cold air and 90% of the time the passenger side has HOT air.

With the heat on driver's side has heat and passengers side has cold air. RARELY does it work like it is suppose to. The Mountaineer does have automatic temperature control. While driving or even sitting at a stop sign I can hear the vacuum motors moving without me touching the controls.
