Vehicle will randomly and repeatedly experience a no crank, no start issue that seems to be associated with the well documented power seat problems for '08 Mountaineers. When the no crank no start occurs, all dashboard lights light up normally, the air conditioning comes on normally, but the car does not attempt a crank or turnover AND the power seat does not move into position.
I've replaced the alternator, the spark plugs, the throttle body, an EGR valve 4 times, the starter ignition switch, and had wiring that ran to the throttle body replaced. And it's still unresolved as of today. It's absolutely ridiculous that FORD has not addressed this issue whatsoever.
