drivers seat moves back while driving and light comes on

This is a SERIOUS safety concern. Having already been involved in a no-fault serious car accident in 2003, this vehicle scares me driving long distances and speeds. Is a series of safety issues I've had since I had the car. DO NOT BUY this vehicle. Seeking resolution.
