After several phone calls and visits in the last month, I call corporate. There too they insisted there was no such thing. I called a second time and was forwarded up the ladder, same results. The next week I received a questionare wanting to know of my satisfaction with my recent inquiries! if you could be of any assistance I would be deeply indebted. Thank you sincerely, [xxx] * what initiated this whole thing is that my care started clanking and a few other things. Took it to the les scwab dealer. He said my frame mounts went. Frequent failure of analog speedometer. I have a 95 Mercury Sable that has it's third speedometer. First two replaced under warranty. It has failed again. I believe this to be an abnormal failure rate. I called a speedometer repair shop and they were very familiar with the problem on the 95-96 Sable and Taurus.
