Whene vehicle is driven above 60 mph speedometer does not register the correct speed. Operaton is very erratic, cause unknown.

Intermittent wiper switch won't spray washer fluid. Have to giggle switch. Also, the wiper delay won't work on the slower settings. Also, speedometer cable makes noise going over 40 M.P.H.
