I went to dealer/seller to report cracks around sidewall that appear to be defects. The dealer refused to replace the tires. I fear that they are defective and that I might be harmed. They said it is "weather damage" I know what weather damage is on tires, and this ain't it. Please help. This is a Ford product, and they are running scared. Normally, they are cooperative about repairs. They shot me down, fast...trying to cover their asses. Please investigate falty Continental tires on Ford/Mercury Taurus/Sable for year 2000. Thank you.
