Consumer stated that doughnut tire on vehicle wasn't up to safety standard as stated in federal motor safety standards 110 in new tire manual. This consumer wasn't satified. He has spoken with dealer. Consumer feels the safety labels should include maximum load, occupant number, and luggage load.
