checking my fluids i noticed oil around the plenum gasket, traced it to the small hose that has the PCV valve, was told by autozone that it needed a new PCV. replaced and cleaned the engine. 1 week later, same thing. went back to autozone and they said " might just be a bad PCV" made me buy another one. 1 week later, oil again. it wouldn't be too big a deal but when it gets soaked in oil the hose pops off and it kills the engine. that's a real issue when your in the middle of traffic on the interstate. as of now i have heard nobody else mention this issue anywhere and thus no fix for it. for now i just pull the hoses off every couple weeks and clean it. but filling the plenum with oil cant be good for the engine. anybody got any answers?
